Flexible dates are suitable for groups of 6 to 8 people wishing to travel together. If your friends or family share your walking enthusiasm, you are free to choose any Sunday in July or August as the starting date of your holiday in Tara. Also, a flexible pick up and drop off point of your choice, at the airport or elsewhere in Belgrade, can be arranged should you wish to spend few days exploring Belgrade before or after Tara (see additional notes on visiting Belgrade).

Visiting Belgrade
We cannot recommend enough visiting Belgrade during summer time when the nightlife of this two million metropolis descends from the narrow cobblestone streets of the old town down to the banks of Danube and Sava. Belgrade is an old European town with more than 2000 years of history. It will surprise you by its Mediterranean feel during the summer months. Spend a hot, lazy afternoon, sipping an iced drink in a street cafe or a shady beer-garden, and watch the world go by. Have a chat with locals, most of whom will speak at least one European language, who will proudly recommend the best place to eat, chill out or dance all night long.
After years of being out of the main travelers' routes in Europe, Belgrade is now repeatedly mentioned in the media as one of the hottest city-break spots and the hippest cities on the continent. The incredible cultural past has given birth to a vibrant intellectual, arty social scene, bound to satisfy the hungriest of cultural hedonists. Clubbers won't be disappointed either, Dancing on the Danube is becoming incearingly popular on the European party scene, as featured recently in Guardian online.
We can help you find accommodation and recommend things to do and places to see in Belgrade.
